No. 2, folio 373, &c., one of the Will Records in the office of
the Register of Wills for Frederick County, Maryland: (a)
To the General Mission Board of the Brethren Church, one
thousand dollars ($1,000) ; (b) To the Brownsville Congre-
gation, twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for the poor fund; (e) To
the Home Mission Board, two hundred dollars ($200.00) ;
(d) To the Old Folks Home of the Brethren, near Hagers-
town, Md., two hundred dollars ($200).

25. To the devise and bequest contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Anna G. Schimp, late of Baltimore City,
deceased, of the rest and residue of her estate to the Foreign
Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention, a cor-
poration chartered by the Legislature of the State of Vir-
ginia, and the Home Mission Board of the Southern Baptist
Convention, a corporation of Atlanta, Georgia, to be equally
divided between said corporation, the share of said property
to which the Home Mission Board may be entitled to be de-
voted to the building and loan fund of said Board; said Will
being recorded in the office of the Register of Wills for Balti-
more City in Wills, Liber H. W. J. 123, folio 464, &c.

26. To the bequest contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of M. Ellen Emmerich, late of Baltimore City, deceased,
of five hundred dollars to the Trustees of St. Paul's Methodist
Episcopal Church, South, of Baltimore City, said Will being
recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore
City in Wills, Liber H. W. J. No. 127, folio 282, &c.

27. To the bequest contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Anna G. Schimp, late of Baltimore City, deceased,
of one hundred dollars to the Trustees of Fulton Avenue Bap-
tist Church of Baltimore City, said Will being recorded in the
office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills,
Liber H. W. J. No. 123, folio 464, &c.

28. To the bequest made to the Catonsville Presbyterian
Church by Harriet H. Nowland, in her last Will and Testa-
ment recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of Balti-
more County, in Wills, Liber W. J. P. No. 19, folio 408.

29. To the sale, grant and deed of a certain tract or parcel
of land in Pasadena, in the 3rd Election District of Anne
Arundel County, comprising and including the ten lots num-
bered 25 to 34, inclusive, in Block No. 17 of the plat of Pasa-
dena, to "Pasadena Methodist Episcopal Church, South," a
body corporate of the State of Maryland, by Anne M. Cooksey,
Joseph A. O'Grady and Beatrice M. Groh, attorney for Her-
