Maryland, an undivided one-twenty-fourth interest of the rest
and residue of the estate of the said Benjamin C. Nicoll; said
last Will and Testament being recorded in the Orphans' Court
of Baltimore City, in Liber H. W. J. No. 123, folio 332, etc.
8. "To a deed from the Wesleyan Home Missionary Society
of Baltimore City, a body corporate of the State of Maryland,
to the Saviour's Mission of Baltimore City, a body corporate
of the State of Maryland, of a certain lot of ground in fee sim-
ple, situated on the northeast corner of Eden Street and East-
ern Avenue, Baltimore City, and described in said deed re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City, in Liber
No. J. B. 1392, folio 235, etc.
9. To a deed from George A. Weller and Margaret E.
Weller, his wife, and Samuel M. Hoff, mortgagee, unto George
R. Weller, O den Fogle, J6hn Selby, Norman Smith and Ster-
ling Baile, Trustees of the Church of God at Pleasant Hill,
Carroll County, Maryland, and their successors in office, a re-
ligious body corporate, and to the Maryland and Virginia
Eldership of the Church of God, a religious body corporate,
bearing date of May 22nd, 1916, and recorded among the Land
Records of Carroll County, Maryland, in Liber E. O. C. No.
129, folio 130, etc.; and which said deed conveys a parcel of
land containing sixty-one and one-half (61 1/2) square perches
of land, more or less, situated in Carroll County, in the State
of Maryland, for religious purposes by the said Church of God
at Pleasant Hill, Carroll County, Maryland; and when said
parcel of land shall cease to be so used for religious purposes,
the same is granted and conveyed as aforesaid unto the Mary-
land and Virginia Eldership of the Church of God in fee sim-
ple.
10. To the sale and conveyance by Mendal Schwartz to the
Trustees of the Ohel Jacob Vishayer Hebrew Congregation of
Baltimore City of the leasehold property No. 1166 Low Street,
in Baltimore City, by Deed dated the thirtieth day of Novem-
ber, 1895, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City, in Liber R. O. No. 1592, folio 66, etc.
11. To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Charles W. Field, late of Baltimore City,
deceased: (a) To the Little Sisters of the Poor, Baltimore,
Maryland, five hundred dollars; (b) to the St. Vincent de Paul
Society, five hundred dollars; (c) to St. Vincent Infant Asy-
lum of Baltimore, Maryland, five hundred dollars; (d) Catho-
lic Cathedral Church of Baltimore City, five hundred dollars;
(e) Institute of Mission Helpers, three hundred dollars; (f)
