4. To sundry bequests contained in the last will and testa-
ment of J. Rush Brattan, late of Dorchester County, deceased,
as follows: (a) to the "Trustees of Grace Methodist Episcopal
Church, South, of Cambridge, Dorchester County, Maryland,
the sum of fifteen hundred dollars"; (b) to the "Trustees of
Zion Chapel or Zion Methodist Episcopal Church of Cam-
bridge, Dorchester County, Maryland, the sum of one thousand
dollars"; (c) to the Vestry of Great Choptank Parish Protesl
ant Episcopal Church of Cambridge, Dorchester County, Mar
land, the sum of five hundred dollars; (d) to the United (Char-
ities) Hospital Association of Dorchester County, Maryland,
the sum of five thousand dollars; (e) to Thos. H. Medford,
executor, the sum of five hundred dollars, for distribution
among the charitable organizations of the Prostestant Churches
of Cambridge, Maryland. Said last will and testament bearing
date of the 23rd day of June, 1915, and recorded in the office
of the Register of Wills for Dorchester County, in Liber R. P.
S. No. 2, folios 96, 97, 98, Will Records of Dorchester Coun-
ty.
5. To the following gifts and bequests contained in the last
will and testament of Mattie C. Streett, late of Harford Coun-
ty, deceased, to and for the use and benefit of certain religious
corporations, denominations, or sects, as herein set forth: (a)
to the bequest of $500 to the Vestrymen of Christ Church,
Rock Spring, near Forest' Hill, Harford County, Maryland;
(b) to the bequest of $500 to the Vestrymen of Holy Cross
Church near the Rocks, Harford County, Md.
6. To the bequests of two hundred dollars contained in the
last Will and Testament of Emma H. Snader, late of Carroll
County, deceased, to the New Windsor Presbyterian Church
of Carroll County, Maryland, a religious body corporate of the
State of Maryland, which said religious body corporate is called
the "New Windsor Presbyterian Church," in said last Will
and Testament of Emma H. Snader, of record in Liber W. A.
No. 12, folio 142, one of the Will Records of Carroll County,
Maryland.
7. To the following bequests contained in the last Will and
Testament of Benjamin C. Nicoll, deceased, late of Baltimore
City, State of Maryland: (a) To the Saviour's Mission of
Baltimore City, a body corporate of the State of Maryland, an
undivided one-twenty-fourth interest of the rest and residue of
the estate of the said Benjamin C. Nicoll; (b) to the Port
Mission of Baltimore City, a body corporate of the State of
