sioners, one during each and every year, beginning three years
from the date of issue as aforesaid, until the whole of said
issue shall have been redeemed and the date of issue shall be
the same on all bonds authorized by this Act.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That to redeem said bonds the
said County Commissioners shall annually levy upon the assess-
able property of Talbot County a tax sufficient to pay the
one bond maturing during each and every year, beginning as
aforesaid, and interest on all of the bonds authorized by this
Act, outstanding and unredeemed; the said levy to be sepa-
rately kept and to be designated as "Tilghman School Build-
ing Fund."
SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the bonds hereby author-
ized shall be exempt from all State, county and municipal
taxes, and that coupons for interest thereon shall be received
by the County Treasurer of Talbot County in payment of
county taxes.
SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
on and after June 1st, 1918.

CHAPTER 198.
AN ACT to add a new and additional Section to Article 23 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, title "Corporations", sub-
title "Dissolution", said new and additional Section to follow
immediately after Section 87 of said Article 23 and to be
designated as Section 87-A, said new Section authorizing the
State Tax Commission of Maryland in certain cases to order
a dissolution of corporations.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new and additional section be and the same is
hereby added to Article 23 of the Annotated Code of Mary
land, title "Corporations", sub-title "Dissolutions", said new
and additional section to come in immediately after Section 87
of said Article 23 of said Act and to be designated as Section
87-A and to read as follows:
SEC. 87-A. In addition to the provisions in the foregoing
section, any corporation of this State possessing no assets and
owing no debts may close its affairs and authorize a petition
