($375. 00), the following parcel of land situated in Anne Arun-
del County, Maryland, near Bridewell, and more particularly
described as follows, that is to say: Beginning for the parcel
of land at a point in the present southerly right of way limits
of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company where the same
is intersected by the center line of the county road, said point
being one thousand eight hundred and forty feet northeast-
erly from the center of the overhead bridge just east of Annap-
olis Junction Station, measured along the center line between
tracks as now located, and forty feet easterly measured at
right angles from said center line between tracks, and run-
ning thence along said right of way limits in a northeasterly
direction one thousand six hundred and ten feet, more or less,
to a point twenty-eight feet distant, measured at right angles
from said center line between tracks; thence south, eighty-one
degrees forty-five minutes east, forty-seven feet to a point,
which is seventy-five feet from said center line between tracks
measured at right angles, thence parallel with said center line
between tracks and seventy-five feet distant therefrom in
a southwesterly direction, with a radius of four thousand nine
hundred eighty-six and fifteen-hundredths feet, a distance of
one thousand five hundred and seventy-four feet to a point
in the center line of county road; thence along said center line
of county road, south, fifty-seven degrees fifty-one minutes
west, a distance of sixty-six feet, more or less, to the place of
beginning, containing one and five-tenths acres of land, more
or less, and particularly to be described in a blue-print to ac-
company and form part of said deed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take,
effect from the first day of June, nineteen hundred and eigh-
teen.

CHAPTER 154.
AN ACT to authorize, empower and direct the County Commissioners
of Charles County, to levy at the time of their annual levy
in the year 1918, the sum of Nine Hundred Dollars, for the
purpose of purchasing a lot and erecting thereon a public
school building for white children, at a point on the Public
Road leading from St. Peter's Church, in Charles County, to
Cedarville, in Prince George's County, not less than two
