given to widows and orphans of employes living in Baltimore
City.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That said corporation
shall consist of the persons above named and their successors in
office, and that said corporation shall be managed by a board of
seven trustees, and that Daniel Willard, John Gardiner Murray,
Frank J. Goodnow, George H. Campbell, George M. Shriver,
George F. Randolph and Herbert R. Preston are the trustees
who shall manage the affairs of said corporation, and whenever
a vacancy shall occur in the board of trustees, by death, resig-
nation, or otherwise, the remaining trustees shall fill such va-
cancy by the selection of some other suitable person.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That said corporation
shall, as a charitable organization, have and enjoy all the
powers, rights and privileges and be subject to all the regula-
tions contained in Article 23 of the Code of Public General
Laws of Maryland relating to the formation, powers and regu-
lations of corporations, so far as the same may not be incon-
sistent with the provisions of this Act.
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 26.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 168,
171, 174, 177 and 183 of Article 12 of Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "Garrett County", sub-title "Oak-
land, '' as said sections were repealed and re-enacted by Chap-
ter 343 of Acts of 1892, and by Chapter 25 of Acts of 1898
and by Chapter 359 of Acts of 1906, Section 195A as enacted
by Chapter 343 of Acts of 1892 and repealed and re-enacted
by Chapter 25 of Acts of 1898, and Sections 195B and 195E as
enacted by Chapter 25 of Acts of 1898, and to add certain
new sections to said Article 12 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "Garrett County" and sub-title
"Oakland", one of said sections to follow immediately after
Section 170 and to be designated and numbered as Section
170A, and the other to follow immediately after Section. 187
and to be designated and numbered as Section 187A.
