Game, " as amended by Chapter 219 of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland of 1912, be and the same is hereby
repealed and re-enacted with amendments, so as to read as
follows:
35. No person shall shoot or in any manner catch or kill,
or have in his possession, any quail, partridge, rabbit or wood-
cock between the first day off January and the tenth day of
November next ensuing, or any squirrel between the first day
of January and the first day of September next ensuing, or
any dove between the first day of January and the 15th day
of August next ensuing, or any summer or wood duck between
the first day of January and the first day of August next ensu-
ing.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1918.

CHAPTER 118.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 21
of Article 93 of Bagby's Annotated Code of Public Civil
Laws of Maryland, title "Testamentary Law, " sub-title "Ad-
ministration. "
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 21 of Article 93 of Bagby's Annotated
Code of Public Civil Laws of Maryland, title "Testamentary
Law, " sub-title "Administration, " be and the same is hereby
repealed and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
Section 21. If there be neither surviving husband nor
widow as the case may be, nor child, nor grandchild, nor father,
the mother shall be preferred, and next to the mother brothers
and sisters shall be preferred.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the first day of June, 1918.
