ploy an engineer, skilled in such work, to assist them in the
construction of said sewerage system and may make such
agreement as to the compensation of such engineer as they may
deem wise and advantageous. They shall keep minutes of their
proceedings and other records necessary to the proper admin-
istration of the duties imposed upon them, such minutes and
records to be open to the inspection of any taxpayer of Hur-
lock, and to be turned over, after the completion of the work
herein, authorized, to the custody of the "Commissioners of
Hurlock. "
SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That in discharge of the con-
tracts entered into by them for the work, herein authorized,
the said "Hurlock Sewerage Commission" shall issue a war-
rant on a majority vote to be signed by the Chairman and
Secretary, for the payment of the money due under the said
contract, directed to the Clerk or Treasurer of the town of
Hurlock, who shall pay said warrant or warrants out of the
funds in his hands applicable to the purposes of this Act, and
who shall not otherwise disburse the money in his hands, as
provided in this Act, than upon a warrant issued as aforesaid
SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That all expenses connected
with the building and construction of the sewerage system here-
in provided for, including all expenses connected with the exe-
cution of this law, such as the cost, of advertising, the purchase
of books, the printing of the bonds herein authorized, the em-
ployment of an attorney or legal counsel, if any should be
needed, and other necessary and incidental expenditures, shall
be paid out of the funds derived from the sale of the bonds
hereby authorized.

CHAPTER 117.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 35
of Article 10 of the Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Dorchester County, " sub-title "Birds and Game, " as-
amended by Chapter 219 of the Acts of the General Assem-
bly of 1912.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 35 of Article 10 of the Public Local Laws
of Maryland, title "Dorchester County, " sub-title "Birds and
