CHAPTER 95.
AN ACT to grant the Grand Lodge of Maryland, Independent
Order of Odd Fellows, the use of the Fourth Maryland and
Fifth Maryland Regiments Armories, September 15 to 20,
inclusive, 1919, for the celebration of the Centennial of the
Independent Order of Odd Fellows.

CHAPTER 96.
AN ACT to authorize and empower the County Commissioners
of Frederick County, Maryland, to acquire by agreement,
gift, grant, purchase or condemnation proceedings under the
Public General Laws of Maryland, any toll road or turn-
pike whatsoever in said county, and to levy upon the assess-
able property of said Frederick County an amount sufficient
to pay for any such toll road or turn-pike, and the said road
shall thereafter be a public road of said county of the width
and length so acquired.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of Frederick County be
and they are hereby authorized and empowered to acquire by
agreement, gift, grant, purchase or condemnation proceedings
under the Public General Laws of Maryland, any toll road or
turn-pike whatsoever in said county, and to levy upon the as-
sessable property of said Frederick County the amount suffi-
cient to pay for any such toll road or turn-pike, and the said
road shall thereafter be a public road of said county of the
width and length so acquired.

CHAPTER 97.
AN ACT to provide for the codification of all the Local Laws
enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland relating to
and affecting Charles County, Maryland, authorizing the
County Commissioners of Charles County to levy a sum
to pay, for the same.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
