the informer to get one-half of all fines under this Act, and the
residue of said fines to be paid by clerks over to the County
Commissioners for use of the public roads.
SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 326.
AN ACT to extend the time for shooting wild water fowls in the
waters of Queen Anne's county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the time for shooting wild water fowls in the waters
of Queen Anne's county is hereby extended to the twenty-fifth
day of April in each year.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 608.
AN ACT to add a new section to the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland, article 18, title "Queen Anne's County," provid-
ing for the issuance of permits to hold camp meetings and
bush meetings in Queen Anne's county, to immediately follow
section 284, and to be known as section 285.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted, That a new section be added to the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, article 18, title "Queen
Anne's County," providing for the issuance of permits to hold
camp meetings and bush meetings within the limits of Queen
Anne's county, to immediately follow section 284, to be known
as section 285, and to read as follows:
SEC. 285. It shall be unlawful for any person, persons, asso-
ciation or organization of any kind whatsoever to hold any
camp meeting or bush meeting within the limits of Queen
Anne's county without first applying to a justice of the peace
for Queen Anne's county and obtaining a permit for holding
such camp meeting or bush meeting. And whenever said justice
of the peace shall have any reasonable grounds for believing
that any lawlessness or disorder will occur at said camp meet-
ing or bush meeting he shall refuse to grant said permit, and if,
after issuing any permit to hold any camp meeting or bush
