removal of the engineer provided for in this Act, the burden of
proof shall devolve upon the party or parties appealing to set
aside the decision of the Road Commissioners and any such
decision shall state the grounds therefor.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all Acts or parts of Acts
inconsistent with the provisions of this Act be and the same
are hereby repealed and that this Act shall take effect from
and after the date of its passage.

ARTICLE X.

DORCHESTER COUNTY.

CHAPTER 19.

AN ACT to amend article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Dorchester County," sub-title "Birds and Game," by
adding thereto two new sections, to be numbered 35B and 35C.,
to follow immediately after section 35A.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the following additional sections be added to the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Dorchester County," sub-
title "Birds and Game," to follow section 35A and to be known
as sections 35B and 35C of said article.

35B. Any person who shall at any time in said county shoot
at or kill any partridge, woodcock or any kind of water fowl
with any other kind of gun or firearm than such as is habitu-
ally raised at arms length from the shoulder shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction therefor shall be
fined not less than $25.00 nor more than $ 100.00 for each offense
and every gun which is not so habitually fired from the shoulder
as aforesaid shall be liable to seizure by any State or county
officers authorized to execute warrants and shall be forfeited
and destroyed upon the conviction of the accused.

35c. Any person who shall at any time trap, net or ensnare
any partridge, quail, woodcock or water-fowl of any kind or
have in possession any trap, net or snare with the intent or
purpose to capture or kill any such birds or fowl, shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction therefor
shall be fined $10.00 for every such bird or fowl so trapped,
