road company shall be absolutely relieved of and discharged
from all the obligations and duties imposed upon it by sections
4 and 5 of chapter 116 of the said Acts of 1904, except, never-
theless, that the said company shall thereafter be obliged and
required on each day to stop at its passenger stations in Havre
de Grace and Perryville, respectively, at least seven (7) passen-
ger trains passing said stations going north, and the same num-
ber of trains going south, over the railroad of said company, but
not for the free carriage of passengers between said stations,
and in addition to said trains said company shall, on each day,
stop at each of said stations at least three (3) through passen-
ger trains passing the same going north and at least three (3)
through passenger trains passing the same going south, for the
purpose of letting off passengers destined for said stations, and
for the purpose of taking on passengers destined to Baltimore
or Philadelphia, or points beyond either of said stations; but
the said Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington Railroad
Company, after the conveyance by it of the said bridge as pro-
vided for in this section, shall allow the owner or owners there-
of to use, free of charge, the steam tug or tow boat mentioned in
the first section of said chapter 116 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland of 1904, for the purpose of enabling ves-
sels to get through or from the draw of said old bridge, at all
times during the season of the open navigation of the Susque-
hanna river.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 545.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments sections 85,
89, 93, 94, 95 and 98 of article 8 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "Cecil County," sub-title "Chesa-

peake City," and to add additional sections to said article
under section 85 thereof, as amended hereby, to be known as
sections 85A, 85B and 85c, and to section 89 thereof, as
amended hereby, to be known as sections 89A, 89B, 89C and
89D, and to repeal section 96 of said article.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That sections 85, 89, 93, 94, 95 and 98 of article 8 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Cecil County,"
sub-title "Chesapeake City," be and. the same are hereby re-
pealed and re-enacted with amendments as follows, and addi-
tional sections be and the same are hereby added to said article
