the Northern Central Railway at Parkton, Baltimore county.
Any person or persons, firm or company convicted of selling
any fermented or spirituous liquors or lager beer within a
radius of one mile and a half from the point of crossing of the
Baltimore and Yorktown Turnpike and the Northern Central
Railway at Parkton, Baltimore county, shall be subject to a
fine of not less than fifty dollars, nor more than one hundred
dollars in the discretion of the Court, and stand committed to
jail until such fine and costs of the prosecution are paid; one-
half of the said fine to go to the informer, the other half to the
County Commissioners for the use of the county.

262. It shall not be lawful to sell any spirituous or intoxicat-
ing liquors at Chase's Station, P., W. & B. R. R., Baltimore
county, Maryland, or within a radius of two miles of the said
station, and any person or persons, or corporation, who may
violate the provisions of this sub-title, shall, upon conviction
thereof, be subject to a fine of not less than fifty dollars, nor
more than five hundred dollars, or imprisonment in the county
jail for not less than thirty days, nor more than one year, or to
both such fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.

263. The clerk of the Circuit Court for Baltimore county
shall not grant a license to any person to sell spirituous or fer-
mented liquors or lager beer at any place within a mile in any
direction of Public School House No. 2, located at Evergreen,
in the Ninth Election District of Baltimore county, on what is
known as Prospect avenue therein, and any person selling any
spirituous or fermented liquors, or lager beer, or any kind of in-
toxicating drinks whether of original manufacture or of a
mixed character within the above described limits shall, on con-
viction, be subject to the same fines and punishments now pro-
vided by the Code of General Laws of Maryland for selling
spirituous or fermented without a license, except as provided by
chapter 124 of the Acts of 1900.

264. It shall not be lawful for the clerk of the Circuit Court
for Baltimore county to issue license to any person or persons
to sell spirituous or fermented liquors or lager beer at Jackson-
ville, Baltimore county, or at any place in said county nearer
than one mile and a half in every direction from the tollgate
within the town of Jacksonville.

265. It shall not be lawful for the clerk of the Circuit Court
for Baltimore county to issue license to any person or persons
to sell spirituous or fermented liquors or lager beer at any place
or point within half a mile of the junction of Gittings avenue
and Bellona avenue, in Baltimore county.

266. The clerk of the Circuit Court of Baltimore county
shall not grant a license to any persons to sell spirituous or fer-
