456 LAWS OF MARYLAND.

mented liquors or lager beer at any place within three-quarters
of a mile, in any direction, of Public School No. 6, located at
Halethorpe, in the Thirteenth Election District of Baltimore
county, on what is known as Woodside avenue therein, and that
any person selling any spirituous or fermented liquors or lager
beer, or any kind of intoxicating drinks, whether of original
manufacture or of a mixed character, within the above-described
limits, shall, on conviction, be subject to the same fines and
punishments now provided by the Code of General Laws of
Maryland for selling spirituous or fermented liquors without a
license.

267. It shall not be lawful for the clerk of the Circuit Court
for Baltimore county to issue a license to any person or persons
to sell spirituous or fermented liquors or lager beer at any
place in said county nearer than one mile, in every direction,
from the property of the Maryland Asylum and Training
School for Feeble Minded, in said Baltimore county.

268. It shall not be lawful for the clerk of the Circuit Court
for Baltimore county to issue license to any person or persons,
or body corporate, to sell spirituous or fermented liquors or
lager beer in the village of New Market (Maryland Line P. O. ),
in the First precinct of the Seventh Election District in Balti-
more county, Maryland, or at any place within said Baltimore
county within a radius of one mile of the Methodist Protestant
Church, in said village of New Market.

269. It shall not be lawful to sell. spirituous or intoxicating
liquors at Ruxton Station, Northern Central Railroad, Balti-
more county, Maryland, or within a radius of one mile of the
said station, and any person or persons or corporation who
may violate the provisions of this Act shall, upon conviction
thereof, be subject to a fine of not less than fifty dollars, nor
more than five hundred dollars, or imprisonment in the county
jail for not less than thirty days, nor more than one year, or
both such fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.

270. It shall not be lawful for the clerk of the Circuit
Court for Baltimore county to issue license to any person or
persons, firm or company to sell any fermented or spirituous
liquors or lager beer within a radius of one mile from the
Public School House No. 13, Election District No. 7, at White
Hall Station, Northern Central Railway, in Baltimore county,
Maryland.

271. The clerk of the Circuit Court for Baltimore county
shall not grant a license to any persons to sell spirituous or fer-
mented liquors or lager beer at any place within three-quarters
of a mile in any direction of the Public School No. 6, located
