wise appropriated, to the treasurer or authorized agent of the
Maryland State Board of Forestry.
SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That the several annual payments of
four thousand dollars shall be made to the treasurer or author-
ized agent of the State Board of Forestry during the fiscal
year ending September 30, 1909, and the fiscal year ending Sep-
tember 30, 1910.
SEC. 3. Be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from the
date of its passage.

CHAPTER 455.
AN ACT to appropriate seven hundred and fifty dollars, or so
much thereof as may be necessary for the purpose of making
repairs to the old Treasury Building at Annapolis.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sum of seven hundred and fifty dollars, or so
much thereof as may be necessary, be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of any moneys not otherwise appropriated in
the Treasury of the State of Maryland, for the purpose of
making repairs to the old Treasury Building at Annapolis—the
same to be expended under the direction of His Excellency, the
Governor of Maryland.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 328.
AN ACT to amend chapter 308 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed at the Session of 1906, enti-
tled "An Act to create the Maryland Tuberculosis Sani-
torium, and making appropriations for the erection and main-
tenance of the same, " by increasing the number of the Board
of Managers of the Maryland Tuberculosis Sanitarium.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That chapter 308, Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, Session of 1906, be amended by increasing the number of
members of the Board of Managers of the Maryland Tubercu-
losis Sanitarium to be appointed by the Governor as provided
in said Chapter 308, Acts of 1906, by one additional member,
