and of the several courts in Baltimore city, and to each Regis-
ter of Wills of the several counties and of Baltimore city, and
to the Boards of County Commissioners of the several counties,
to the members of the Shell Fish Commission, the Geological
and Economic Survey and such other State officials as the said
library committee shall designate; the remainder of said three
hundred copies to be deposited in the State Library for public
use.

INSPECTIONS AND INSURANCE.

For the salaries of two inspectors of steam boilers in the
city of Baltimore, one thousand five hundred dollars each,
three thousand dollars; for the salary of Mine Inspector in
Allegany and Garrett counties, one thousand five hundred dol-
lars, and for his office expenses and stationery, one hundred
dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary; for the pay-
ment of the annual ground rent on the tobacco warehouse lots
in Baltimore city, four hundred and forty-eight dollars and
eleven cents; for the rent of the boxes in some safe deposit
company for the use of the Treasury department, two hundred
dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary; for insur-
ance on public buildings of the State and the personal property
belonging thereto, twelve thousand dollars, or so much thereof
as may be necessary.

COMMISSIONERS OF FISHERIES.

For the salaries of the two Commissioners of Fisheries, one
thousand five hundred dollars each, three thousand dollars;
and to defray the expenses of the Commissioners of Fisheries,
as per section 89 of article 39 of the Code of Public General
Laws, title "Fish and Fisheries, " sub-title "Commissioners of
Fisheries, " seven thousand dollars, or so much thereof as in
the opinion of the Governor may be necessary, together with
the further sum of five hundred dollars to the Commissioner
of the Western Shore, to be expended for trout nurseries at
Lake Brown, together with the further sum of one thousand
dollars for the propagation and distribution of fish; no part of
the said appropriation to be expended in the killing of eels in
the Wicomico river, or in other waters of the State of Mary-
land; to the Fish Commissioner of the Eastern Shore for the
propagation of fish within the waters of the Eastern Shore, the
sum of two thousand dollars, or so much thereof as in the
opinion of the Governor may be necessary; and the Commis-
sioners of Fisheries are hereby directed and required to make
a detailed report to the Governor at the end of each fiscal year
of the expenditures of said funds with the vouchers thereof
attached.
