SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sum of. twelve hundred dollars ($1200) be and
the same is hereby appropriated for the salaries and expenses
of the members of the said Maryland Board of Pharmacy, up
to and including the 30th day of September, 1909; the said
sum of twelve hundred dollars (|1200) to be paid to the Mary-
land Board of Pharmacy in two equal annual payments.

CHAPTER 612.

AN ACT to authorize pharmacists and assistant pharmacists
in or of Talbot County, holding certificates under Chapter
571 of the Acts of 1906, and who shall hereafter hold the
same, to practice their profession in any county of the State
of Maryland and in Baltimore city, and to authorize all other
persons holding and who shall hereafter hold certificates as
pharmacists or assistant pharmacists from the Maryland
Board of Pharmacists to practice their profession in Talbot
county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That all persons now holding certificates, and all per-
sons who shall hereafter hold certificates from the Maryland
Board of Pharmacy, authorizing them to practice as a pharma-
cist or assistant pharmacist, in pursuance of. the Act of 1906,
Chapter 571, entitled "An Act to regulate the practice of phar-
macy in Talbot County, " shall be entitled to practice as a
pharmacist or assistant pharmacist, as the case may be, any-
where within the State of Maryland.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That any person holding,
or who shall hereafter hold, a certificate from the Maryland
Board of Pharmacists, authorizing him or her to practice as
a pharmacist or assistant pharmacist in any place within the
State of Maryland, shall also have the right to practice as a
pharmacist or assistant pharmacist, as the case may be, in
Talbot county.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
