PRIVATE ACTS. 1349

83. To the lease made by Catherine Ward to William Paret,
Bishop of Maryland, George Stokes, Alien Smith, William H.
Bowerman, Eoland Hill, temporary trustees of the Church of
Epiphany, of all that lot of ground situated in Baltimore
county, in the State of Maryland, on the east side of Ready
avenue, north of Arlington avenue, the said devise being evi-
denced by a lease dated March 28, 1896, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore county in Liber L. M. B., No.
217, folio 505, etc., and to the holding and disposing of the
same according to law.

84. To the deed of assignment made by William Paret,
Bishop of Maryland, George Stokes, William H. Bowerman
and Roland Hill, temporary trustees of the Church of the
Epiphany, to the Vestry of the Church of the Epiphany of
Baltimore County, a body corporate, duly incorporated under
the Public General Laws of the State of Maryland, all of the
said grantor's right, title and interest and estate in and to
the said lot of ground situated in Baltimore county, in the
State of Maryland, on the east side of Ready avenue, north of
Arlington avenue, the said grant being evidenced by a deed
of assignment dated August 15, 1906, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore county in Liber W. P. C., No.
308, folio 2.

85. To the holding by the Faith Presbyterian Church of the
city of Baltimore, a body corporate, of the property conveyed
to it by Stephen P. Harwood and Charlotte Harwood, his wife,
by a deed bearing the date of the twenty-second day of Janu-
ary, in the year 1908, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore county in Liber W. P. C., No. 321, folio 591, etc.

86. To.a certain deed from Henry Schmitz, trustee, and the
City of Baltimore Permanent Building Association of Balti-
more City to the Jefferson Street Methodist Episcopal Church
.in the city of Baltimore, a body corporate, which deed is dated
June 29, 1906, and recorded among the Land Records of Bal-
timore city in Liber R. O., No. 2276, folio 235.

87. To the deed and conveyance from J. O. Shelbourne to the
Christian Union of Baltimore City, dated March 7, 1903, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore city in Liber
R. O., No. 2002, folio 302, etc., of the lot at the northeast cor-
ner of Belt avenue and Randall street, in Baltimore city; and
the sanction and consent is also given and granted to the
deed and conveyance of said lot from the Christian Union of
Baltimore City and Theodore Cook and wife, and H. Webster
Cook, to the American Christian Missionary Society, dated
