Liber No. 124, folio 145, etc., among the Land Records of
Washington county aforesaid.

79. Also to the sale, grant and deed of said lot to Susan
Brunner and Morris Glass by the said Brotherly Love Con-
gregation of Hagerstown, in Washington county, in the State
of Maryland, December 14, 1906, said deed being recorded in
Liber No. 125, folio No. 117, etc., among the Land Records in
Washington county aforesaid, also to the confirmatory deed of
said lot to Susan Brunner and Morris Glass by the said Benja-
min Berkson and Mary Berkson, his wife, and the Brotherly
Love Congregation of Hagerstown, in Washington county, in
the State of Maryland, dated January 31, 1907, and recorded
among the Land Records of Washington county aforesaid in
Liber 125, folio 333, etc.

80. To the bequests and devises contained in the last will
and testament of Maria L. Small, late of Baltimore city, de-
ceased, as follows: One thousand dollars to the Rev. James
Cardinal Gibbons, and the devise of all the rest and residue
of her estate to the Carmelite Sisters of Baltimore, a body cor-
porate of the State of Maryland, said will being duly probated
in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore city on the thirtieth day
of December, 1907.

81. To the sale, grant and deed in fee simple by the Trustees
of the Methodist Episcopal Church of the Wesley Chapel Sta-
tion, in the city of Baltimore, to the Trustees of the Baltimore
Annual Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church, of a
lot of ground situated at the northeast corner of Sharp and
Barre streets, having a front on Barre street of one hundred
and four feet with a depth on Sharp street of seventy-four
feet, together with the improvements thereon, being the lot of
ground which by deed dated the thirty-first day of July, I860,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore city in
Liber G. E. S., No. 194, folio 341, etc., was conveyed by the
Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church in the city and
precincts of Baltimore to the Trustees of the Methodist Epis-
copal Church of the Wesley Chapel Station in the city of Bal-
timore.

82. To a gift of two thousand eight hundred and nineteen
dollars and thirty-six cents from the Trustees of the Episcopal
Residence of the Eastern District of the Church of the United
Brethren in Christ, a body corporate, duly incorporated under
the laws of the State of Maryland, to the Franklin Street Me-
morial Church of the United Brethren in Christ, in the city
of Baltimore, a body corporate, duly incorporated under the
laws of the State of Maryland.
