corporate; to the board of Trustees of the German Evangeli-
cal Lutheran Church of Peace of Baltimore City, a body corpor-
ate, of the leasehold interest in and to a certain lot of ground
and the improvements thereon, situated in Baltimore city on
the south side of Gough street eighty-five feet easterly from
Washington street, by deed dated April 29, 1893, and recorded
in the Land Records of Baltimore city in Liber J. B.. No.
1443, folio 106, etc.
75. To the sale and conveyance from Thomas Segerman and
wife to the Board of Trustees of the German Evangelical Lu-
theran Church of Peace of Baltimore City, a body corporate, of
the leasehold interest in and to a certain lot of ground and
the improvements thereon situated, in Baltimore city, on the
south side of Gough street seventy-five feet six inches westerly
from Castle street, by deed dated November 5, 1894, recorded
in the Land Records of Baltimore city in Liber J. B., No. 1529,
folio 137, etc.
76. To the deed and conveyance from William Penrose to
the American Christian Missionary Society, dated April 2,
1903, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore city
in Liber No. 2006, folio 142, etc., of the lot at the northwest
corner of Fulton avenue and Penrose street, in Baltimore city,
and sanction and consent is also given and granted to the deed
and conveyance of said lot from the American Christian Mis-
sionary Society to the Trustees of the Third Congregation
of the Disciples of Jesus Christ in the city and precincts of
Baltimore city, dated November 29, 1907, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore city in Liber S. C. L., No. 2389,
folio 544, etc.
77. To the following bequests contained in the last will and
testament of Sarah M. Devilbis: (a) Two hundred dollars to
Solomon's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Woodsboro, Fred-
erick county, Maryland; (b) One hundred dollars to the Sun-
day School of the above named church; (e) One hundred dol-
lars to the Woman's Missionary Society of the church afore-
said.
78. To the sale, grant and devise of a certain lot of ground
located on the east side of Frederick street, in Hagerstown,
Maryland, having a frontage of thirty-seven feet and six inches
on said Frederick street and thirty-nine feet and ten inches on
an alley in the rear of said lot, and a depth of one hundred
and fifty feet, to Susan Bruner and Morris Glass, the Brotherly
Love Congregation of Hagerstown, in Washington county', in
the State of Maryland, by Benjamin Berkson and Mary Berk-
son, his wife, January 8, 1906, said deed being recorded in
