70. To a bequest, devise or legacy stated in the bill originally
introduced, as follows: Whereas in accordance with the pro-
visions of chapter 198, section 1, sub-section 81, of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January
session of 1906, the Council of Evangelical Lutheran Church
of Frederick, Maryland, did make sale of the real estate
therein authorized to be sold, and did fully comply with all
of the provisions of the said sub-section of said Act of Assem-
bly; and, whereas all costs, charges and expenses incurred by
the said church council in and about the sale of the said lot of
ground and the removal and reinterment of all remains therein
interred and the purchase money in full for a lot or area of
land so purchased by the said church council in Mt. Olivet
Cemetery, including perpetual care and attention thereto, and
to the reinterments therein made, have been paid by the said
church council, leaving in their hands as surplus proceeds of
the said sale of the said lot of ground the sum of seventeen
hundred and twenty-seven dollars and six cents. Therefore,
the sanction and confirmation of the General Assembly of
Maryland be and the same is hereby declared, given and
granted to the sale of the said lot of ground in Frederick city,
Maryland, by the Council of the Evangelical Lutheran Church
of Frederick, Maryland, and the purchase of the said lot of
land in Mount Olivet Cemetery, at Frederick city, Maryland,
by the said church council, including perpetual attention
thereto and to the remains therein reinterred, with full power
and authority to the said church council to apply the said sur-
plus proceeds of sale, amounting to seventeen hundred and
twenty-seven dollars and six cents, to the use and benefit of the
said church.
71. To the bequest of one hundred dollars in the will of
Cynthia A. Huyett, late of Washington county, deceased, to the
German Reformed Church of Cavetown.
72. To a certain deed and conveyance to the Trustees of
Union Asbury Methodist Episcopal Church of Fansonia, Mary-
land, from Elijah H. Fruitt and Cornelia Pruitt, his wife,
and the Marini Bank of Crisfield, dated the twenty-ninth day
of May, 1906, and recorded among the Land Records of Somer-
set county, Maryland, in Liber O. P. B., No. 43, folios 416,
417 and 418.
73. To the bequest of one hundred dollars in the will of
Ainanda McDowell to Madison Street Presbyterian Church of
Baltimore, Md.
74. To the sale and conveyance from the Trustees of the
Methodist Episcopal Church of Broadway Station, a body
