PRIVATE ACTS. 1345

64. To the receiving of and holding by of the First German
United Evangelical Church of Baltimore City the land de-
scribed in a deed from Rudolph Sommerwerck and Mary Som-
merwerck, his wife, to the First German United Evangelical
Church of Baltimore City, said deed bearing date of the twen-
ty-fifth day of September, in the year 1906, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore city, in Liber R. O., No.
2274, folio 405, etc., said property being known and designated
as No. 1824 East Baltimore street, in said city.

65. To the following bequests contained in the last will of
Ellen Matthews, late of Baltimore city, deceased, probated
and admitted April 17, 1907: (a) I bequeath to the Board of
Foreign Missions, connected with the General Assembly of
the Presbyterian Church in the United States of America
(said assembly being that generally known as the Northern
General Assembly) two thousand dollars; (b) I bequeath to
the Board of Home Missions, connected with the General As-
sembly of the Presbyterian Church in the United States of
America, one thousand dollars.

66. To a bequest of one thousand dollars to the Elkton Pres-
byterian Church, under the last will and testament of Rev.
William Hamill, of Newark, Delaware, now deceased.

67. To a bequest of one hundred dollars, under and by the
last will and testament of Laura C. Barroll, dated January 25,
1904, and recorded among the Will Record Books of Cecil
county in Liber K., No. 18, folio 399, etc., to the Trustees of
the Elkton Presbyterian Church, to keep the Barroll lot in
the cemetery of said church in repair.

68. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament of
John O. Merchant, late of Montgomery county, Maryland, de-
ceased, as the same is recorded in Liber N. C. A., No. 4, folio
374, one of the Will Books of said county, to wit: A bequest of
all the residue of said estate amounting to the sum of five hun-
dred and fifty-three dollars and forty-one cents, to the Trustees
of the Methodist Episcopal Church, South, in Poolesville,
Montgomery county, a body corporate.

69. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament of
Gerard S. Watts, late of Baltimore county, deceased, bearing
date the eighth day of February, in the year 1906, duly pro-
bated and recorded in Liber J. E. B., No. 14, folio 72, one of
the books for recording wills in the office of the Register of
Wills of Baltimore county, Maryland, to wit: A bequest to
the Lutheran Home for the Aged (a body corporate), situate
near the city of Washington, District of Columbia, of the
sum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) cash.
