county, deceased, to the Vestry of St. John's Parish, Wash-
ington county, in the State of Maryland, it to invest the same
and use the annual income therefrom in aiding the keeping in
repair the graveyard belonging to said parish.
52. To the bequest of fifty dollars contained in the last will
and testament of Charles M. Reynolds, late of Washington
county, deceased, to the Reformed Church of Cavetown, Wash-
ington county, Maryland, a sufficient amount of the interest
to be used for the purpose of keeping up the said deceased's
lot in the cemetery of Smithburg, Washington county, Mary-
land.
53. To the bequest of five hundred dollars contained in the
last will and testament of Melissa J. Hoffman, late of Wash-
ington county, deceased, to the Council of Trinity Evangelical
Lutheran Church of Boonsboro, Maryland, to be safely invested
by said Council and the interest on the same applied by them
towards the salary of the pastor of said church, said interest
to be paid annually and this fund to be a permanent asset of
said congregation.
54. To the following bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Francis W. Stonebraker, late of Washington
county, deceased, to wit: (a) To a bequest of one thousand
dollars to the Home and Foreign Missionary Society of the
Methodist Episcopal Church of the United States; (b) To a
bequest of three hundred dollars to the Trustees of the Metho-
dist Episcopal Church of Mt. Morris, Ogle county, Illinois.
55. To the bequest of one hundred dollars contained in the
last will and testament of Henrietta Thomas, late of Washing-
ton county, deceased, to Ebenezer A. M. E. Church of Hagers-
town, in Washington county and State of Maryland.
56. To the bequest of two hundred dollars contained in the
last will and testament of John C. Crilley, late of Washington
county, deceased, to the Grace United Brethren Church of
Hagerstown, Washington county, State of Maryland.
57. To the bequest of five hundred dollars contained in the
last will and testament of Leah M. Ankenary, late of Washing-
ton county, deceased, to the Trustees of Saint Paul of the
United Brethren in Christ, at Hagerstown, Washington county,
Maryland.
58. To the following bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Nancy I. Pindlay, late of Washington county, de-
ceased, to wit: (a) To a bequest of five-hundred dollars to the
Woman's Foreign Missionary Society of the Presbyterian
