corded in the office of the Register of Wills for Allegany county
in Wills Liber I., folio 367.

46. To the grant and conveyance to the Friendship Cemetery
of Anne Arundel county, by C. H. Fulton Kelly and Nettie C.
Kelly, his wife, of the lot or parcel of land situated on the
county road leading from Shipley's to Harman's, in the fifth
election district of Anne Arundel county, and fully described
in a deed from said C. H. Fulton Kelly and wife, said body
corporate dated the twenty-fourth day of February, in the
year 1908, duly recorded among the Land Records of Anne
Arundel county in Liber G. W., No. 59, folio 59, containing
about three and thirty-seven one-hundredths acres of ground.

47. To certain bequests in and by the last will and testa-
ment of Henry J. Lofland, deceased, duly proved and now of
record in Liber K., volume 18, folio 403, one of the will record
books of Cecil county, as follows: (a) To the Presbyterian
Church of Port Deposit the sum of one hundred dollars; (b)
To Harmony Chapel, the sum of seventy-five dollars; to Har-
mony M. P. Church, of Rolandville, the sum of seventy-five
dollars.

48. To the following bequests contained in the last will and
testament of Ann Catharine Abaugh, deceased, formerly a
resident of Frederick county, Maryland, recorded in Liber
W. B. C., No. 1, folio 188, etc., one of the Will Records of
Frederick county: (a) To the bequest of twenty-five dollars
contained in said will to the Council of the Evangelical Luth-
eran Church "Zion," of Middletown, Frederick county, Mary-
land; (b) To the bequest of twenty-five dollars contained in
said will to the Council of the Lutheran Congregation of Saint
Paul's, of Jefferson, Maryland.

49. To the following bequests contained in the last will and
testament of Elizabeth Hagerman, late of Washington county,
deceased, to wit: (a) To the bequest of one thousand dollars
for the erection of a memorial window to the memory of said
deceased in the Presbyterian Church, Hagerstown; (b) To the
bequest of one hundred dollars to the Presbyterian Sunday
School of Hagerstown, Maryland.

50. To the bequest of one hundred dollars in the last will
and testament of Ann E. Dellinger, late of Washington county,
deceased, to the Trustees of Saint Peter's Evangelical Church
of Clearspring, Maryland, to be invested by them and the in-
come used to have the graves on the lot of her deceased hus-
band, John F. Dillinger, properly attended to.

51. To the bequest of fifty dollars contained in the last will
and testament of Maria H. B. Kennedy, late of Washington
