PRIVATE ACTS. 1339

county, deceased, of the residue of said testator's estate re-
maining at the death of his wife to the trustees of the Moravian
Church at Graceham, a body corporate in Frederick county.
State of Maryland, or their successors in office, for the uses
and purposes therein set forth, said will being dated May 28,
1898, and recorded in Liber C. E. S., No. 1, folio 219, one of the
Will Records of Frederick county.

32. To the legacies, devises and bequests of The Home for
the Aged of the Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore City,
contained in the last will and testament of Mary C. Patterson,
late of Baltimore city, deceased, dated the fourteenth day of
November, 1901, and admitted to probate in the Orphans'
Court of Baltimore city, Maryland, on the twenty-ninth day
of December, 1906.

33. To the legacies and bequests contained in the last will
and testament of Margaret Young, late of Baltimore city, de-
ceased, dated the sixth day of January, 1904, and admitted
to probate in the Orphans' Court' of Baltimore city, Maryland,
on the ninth day of January, 1906.

34. To the legacy to the said The Home for the Aged of the
Methodist Episcopal Church of the City of Baltimore, con-
tained in the will of George R. Leach, late of Howard county,
State of Maryland, deceased, dated the fifth day of May, 1904,
and admitted to probate in the Orphans' Court for Howard
county, State of Maryland, on the eighteenth day of June, 1907.

35. To the sale and grant made by Thomas Tighe and others
to the trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church in the city
and precincts of Baltimore by deed dated the twenty-eighth day
of January, 1907, and duly recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore city in Liber R, O., No. 2305, folio 118, etc., of a
lot of ground on Belt avenue, in Baltimore city.

36. To the bequest of one-half of the sum of twenty thousand
dollars ($20,000) and whatever may be thereafter added to the
same, to the Vestry of St. Paul's Church of Baltimore (a re-
ligious corporation), as bequeathed in the fifth paragraph of
the last will and testament of Thomas F. Weale, late of Bal-
timore city, which will was probated in February, 1908, in the
office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore city.

37. To the legacy left by the late Maria M. Cockrill (for-
merly of No. 325 N. Carrollton avenue, Baltimore, Md.), who
died May 25, 1905, to the amount of fifty dollars to the Rev.
William H. Woods, pastor of Franklin Square Presbyterian
Church of Baltimore City, the will of the grantor being duly
recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of said city.
