1338 LAWS OF MARYLAND.

24. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of Mount E. Kirk, late of the town of Rising Sun, Cecil county,
Maryland, unto the Trustees of Janes Methodist Episcopal
Church, of the sum of one hundred dollars, said will being re-
corded in the office of the Register of Wills of said Cecil county.

25. To the devise under the last will and testament of Joseph
L. Haines, late of Carroll county, deceased, to wit: To Pipe
Creek Monthly Meeting of Friends of Carroll County, near
Union Bridge, the sum of five hundred dollars ($500) for main-
tenance of meeting house and the graveyard, and for no other
purpose, as the same is set forth in the will of the deceased,
recorded in the Register of Wills' office in Westminster, Mary-
land.

26. To the bequest of the sum of one thousand dollars
($1,000) to the St. Paul's Parish Boys' School (a religious cor-
poration), as bequeathed in the sixteenth paragraph of the last
will and testament of Thomas F. Weale, late of. Baltimore city,
which will was probated in February, 1908, in the office of the
Register of Wills of Baltimore city.

27. To the deed of conveyance from Littleton W. Sterling
and wife and Smith Horsey and wife of certain land in Asbury
district, Somerset county, Maryland, to the Trustees of Asbury
Methodist Episcopal Church, said deed bearing date the seventh
day of August, 1903, and recorded among the Land Records of
Somerset county in Liber O. T. B., No. 35, folio 533, etc.

28. To the deed dated May 22, 1907, from William G. Rupp
to St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore City,
and recorded in the Land Records of Baltimore city, in Liber
R. O., No. 2338, folio 123, etc.

29. To the bequests contained in the last will and testament
of Mary A. B. Brown, dated the twenty-sixth day of June, 1906,
and admitted to probate by the Orphans' Court of Baltimore
city on the twentieth day of February, 1908, to the rector of St.
Luke's Church, North Carey street, Baltimore; one of said be-
quests being for the benefit of said church and the other for
the benefit of St. Luke's Branch of the Woman's Auxiliary.

30. To the bequest of five hundred dollars to the Lutheran
Congregation of Mt. Zion Church, located in Ballinger district
No. 23, Frederick county, Maryland, contained in the last will
and testament of George Elias Smith, late of the said county,
deceased, said will being recorded in Liber C. E. S., No. 1,
folio 278, etc., one of the Will Records of Frederick county.

31. To the devise and bequest made by and contained in
the last will and testament of John S. Ogle, of Frederick
