19. To two deeds and grants by James M. Smith and wife
to the Trustees of Trinity Methodist Episcopal Church of East
New Market, Dorchester county, Maryland, a body corporate,
duly incorporated under and by virtue of the laws of the State
of Maryland, of a lot of ground, situate, lying and being near
the town of East New Market, Dorchester county, Maryland,
one of which said deeds bears date the twenty-third day of
October, 1888, and is recorded in the Land Records of Dorches-
ter county, in Liber C. L., No. 13, page 567, and the other deed
bears date the thirtieth day of December, 1907, and, is recorded
in the Land Records of Dorchester county, in Liber C. L., No.
33, page 573.
20. To the deed and conveyance to the Williamsport Church
of the United Brethren in Christ of Washington County, Mary-
land, of a certain lot of ground mentioned in a deed from
Lucinda O. Martin to the Williamsport Church of the United
Brethren in Christ of Washington County, Maryland, dated
the eleventh day of November, in the year 1904, and recorded
among the Land Records of Washington county.
21. To the bequest of one hundred dollars to Trinity Re-
formed Church of Carroll County by the last will and testa-
ment of Anna M. Buck, late of Baltimore county, deceased.
22. To the grant and conveyance of Mary E. Frey to the
Jerusalem Christian Church of Harford County of a tract of
land containing six acres and one-eighth of an acre of land,
situated in the First Election District of Harford county, by
deed dated the eighteenth of September, 1906, and recorded in
Liber W. S. F., No. 120, folio 252, one of the Land Records of
Harford county.
23. To the bequest of eight hundred dollars ($800) con-
tained in the last will and testament of Jane Henry Rupp, late
of Baltimore city, deceased, to Mount Lebanon Methodist Prot-
estant Church, corner of Preston and .Bond streets, Baltimore,
the corporate name of which is the East Baltimore Station
Methodist Protestant Church of Baltimore City, said will being
probated by the Orphans' Court of Baltimore on March 28,
1906, and recorded among the Records of Wills in Liber B. E. S.,
No. 97, folio 580, etc., in the office of the Register of Wills for
Baltimore city.
