PRIVATE ACTS. 1335

as "The Lutheran Deaconess' Home," situated on West North
avenue, in Baltimore city, said will being of record in the office
of the Register of Wills of Baltimore county.

11. To the grant and deed to and for the use and benefit of a
certain religious corporation known by the name of the Trus-
tees of Stone Chapel in Garrison Forest, for the use of the min-
isters and members of the Methodist Episcopal Church, as here-
in set forth: A certain sale, grant and deed made and executed
by Eleanor Calvert and Charles B. Calvert, her husband, to the
said "The Trustees of the Stone Chapel in Garrison Forest" for
the use of the ministers and members of the Methodist Epis-
copal Church, a body corporate, of all those two certain lots of
ground, in fee simple, situated in the city of Baltimore, on the
southwest side of Pennsylvania avenue and described in and
conveyed by said deed, which is dated the eighteenth day of
April, in the year 1889, and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore city in Liber J. B., No. 1240, folio 45, etc., said two
lots being subject to the leasehold estates therein respectively
existing.

12. To the sale, grant and conveyance of a lot situated on
the northeast side of Chestnut, now Colvin street, in the city of
Baltimore, conveyed and described at large in a deed of assign-
ment of the same from the Presbyterian Association of Balti-
more City, duly incorporated under the laws of this State, to
the Colored Baptist Convention of the State of Maryland, of
Baltimore city, duly incorporated under the laws of this State,
bearing date the twenty-seventh day of May, 1902, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore city in Liber R. O., No.
1959, folio 206, etc.

13. To the acquisition and holdings by the Trustees of the
German Methodist Episcopal Church of the City of Baltimore
of a certain lot of ground in the city of Baltimore known as No.
1717 Bank street, described in a deed from William H. Ealey to
said body corporate, dated May 13, 1863, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore city in Liber G. E. S., No. 231,
folio 400, etc., and to deed of said property by said body cor-
porate to William Hofmeister, dated August 16, 1906, and
recorded among the said Land Records in Liber R. O., No. 2265,
folio 446, etc., and to the lease thereof from said William Hof-
meister and his wife to C. Edward Schaumloeffel and wife,
dated August 17, 1906, and recorded among the said Land
Records in Liber R. O., No. 2266, folio 70, etc.

14. To the sale and grant made by the Convention of the
Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese of Maryland, a
body corporate, to the Vestry of the Church of the Epiphany
