1334 LAWS OF MARYLAND.

erden, late of Baltimore city, Maryland, deceased, to the Trus-
tees of the Baltimore Society of the New Jerusalem Church, a
body corporate of said State, absolutely, the said will having
been duly proved and recorded in the office of the Register of
Wills of Baltimore city as aforesaid.

6. To the sale, grant and' deed, made and executed by Annie
E. Upshur to the vestry of Somerset Parish, of Somerset county,
a body corporate, said deed bearing date the twenty-sixth day
of February, 1906, and recorded among the Land Records of
Somerset county, Maryland, in Liber O. L. B., No. 43, folio 22,
etc., conveying a certain lot described in said deed, situate in
the town of Princess Anne, in said county, at the northeast
corner of Prince William street and the street leading to the
county jail, formerly called "Low alley," and to the mortgaging,
leasing or otherwise disposing of the same.

7. To the purchase in fee simple of a certain piece of land
containing one acre, more or less, in the Second Election Dis-
trict of Anne Arundel county, by the board of trustees of Ed-
ward's Chapel, a body corporate of the Methodist Episcopal
Church, from M. F. Sears and wife, on the thirteenth day of
July, 1907, and recorded among the Land Records of said
county, and the improvements thereon.

8. To the following devises and bequests made by and con-
tained in the last will and testament of Clara A. Haines, late of
Carrol 1 county, deceased, dated the fifteenth day of May, A. D.
1899, duly probated in the Orphans' Court for Carroll county,
and now of record in the office of the Register of Wills for said
county, to wit: (a) To the legacy of $500.00 to the Board of
Home Missions of the Reformed Church in the United States, of
which J. J. Nissley is treasurer, for a church building fund, to
be known as "The Haines Fund;" (b) to the legacy of $500.00
to the Board of Home Missions of the Reformed Church in the
United.States, of which J. J. Nissley is treasurer, for a church
building fund, to be known as "The Moritz Fund."

9. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament of
Gerard S. Watts, late of Baltimore county, deceased, of the sum
of five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) to the Second Evangelical
English Lutheran Church of the General Synod of Baltimore,
Maryland, said will being of record in the office of the Register
of Wills for Baltimore county.

10. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of Gerald S. Watts, late of Baltimore county, deceased, of the
sum of two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) to the Deaconess
Board of the General Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran
Church in the United States of America, designated in said will
