1302 LAWS OF MARYLAND.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the name of the "Washington Grove Camp Meeting
Association of the District of Columbia" be and the same is
hereby changed to that of the "Washington Grove Association
of the District of Columbia and Maryland," and all the rights,
properties, powers, duties and obligations imposed and granted
by law on the said "Washington Grove Camp Meeting Associa-
tion of the District of Columbia and Maryland" be and the
same are hereby imposed on and granted to the said corpora-
tion by its new name as the same is hereby made and given.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That section 6 of said chapter 135
of the Act of 1874, as amended by chapter 19 of the Act of 1890,
be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amend-
ments so as to read as follows:
6. The annual meeting of the stockholders of said association
shall be held on the grounds of said association on the thirtieth
day of May in each and every year; provided said thirtieth day
of May should not fall on Sunday, in which event the said
annual meeting shall be held on- the following Monday, or at
such other convenient time as shall be designated by the asso-
ciation. At the annual meeting to be held in the year 1908 the
said stockholders shall elect three trustees who shall serve for
three years, three who shall serve for two years, and three who
shall serve for one year; and thereafter at each annual meeting
they shall elect three trustees in place of those whose terms shall
have expired, to serve for a term of three years, all of whom shall
be stockholders in said association, a majority of whom shall be
residents of Montgomery county, Maryland, to manage the
affairs of the association according to the rules and by-laws
thereof, passed in conformity to law. In case of vacancy in
said board of trustees, the said stockholders may fill the same
by the election of some one to fill the vacancy for the unex-
pired term of the one whose place shall have become vacant.
And any adjourned or called meeting of said association may
be held in District of Columbia; provided that at least five
days' previous written notice of any called meeting shall be
mailed to all of the stockholders of said association.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
