PRIVATE ACTS. 1291

20. To the devise contained in the last will and testament of
John Thorne, late of Baltimore city, deceased, to the trustees
of the Old School for Primitive Baptists, located on the north
side of Madison street, east of Calvert street, in the city of Bal-
timore, and known as Ebenezer street, the fee simple property
known as No. 311 and 311 1/2 Calvert street, in accordance with
the provisions contained in the last will and testament of
John Thorne, deceased.

21. To the grant and devise of Louisa T. Dashiell and Nicho-
las L. Dashiell, trustees, and others, to the Vestry of St.
Bartholomew's Church, Baltimore city, a body corporate, dated
the eleventh day of March, 1896, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore city in Liber R. O., No. 1608, folio 315,
etc.

22. To the deed from the Mayor and City Council of Balti-
more to the Vestry of St. Bartholomew's Church, Baltimore
city, a body corporate, dated the twenty-seventh day of April,
1896, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore city
in Liber R. O., No. 1615, folio 470, etc.

23. To the deed from Louisa T. Dashiell and Dr. N. L.
Dashiell, trustees, and others, to the St. Bartholomew's Church,
Baltimore city, a body corporate, dated the fourteenth day of
July, 1905, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
city in Liber R. O., No. 2159, folio 445, etc.

24. To the sale, grant and deed from Charles E. Sadtler,
Charles H. Dickey and George W. Sadtler, trustees, under the
last will of Philip B. Sadtler, deceased, to the trustees of the
Fifth Congregation of the Disciples of Jesus Christ of Balti-
more City, a body corporate, bearing date the twenty-second
day of May, 1907, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore city in Liber R. O., No. 2338, folio 278, etc.

25. To the deed from Robert E. Mooney to the trustees of the
Fifth Congregation of the Church of the Disciples of Jesus
Christ of Baltimore City, a body corporate, bearing date the
twenty-sixth day of September, 1901, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore city in Liber R. O., No. 1922, folio
44.

26. To the deed from Robert E. Mooney and the trustees of
the Third Congregation of the Disciples of Jesus Christ of
Baltimore City, to the trustees of the Fifth Congregation of
the Disciples of Jesus Christ of Baltimore City, dated Novem-
ber 14, 1906, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more city in Liber R. O., No. 2300, folio 443, etc.

27. To the sale, grant and conveyance to St. John's of Bal-
timore, a body corporate, incorporated under and by virtue of
