Charles street, contained in the last will and testament of
Mrs. Margaret A. Snyder, deceased, said will being recorded in
Wills Record, B. E. S., No. 98, folio 81, etc., to the Convention
of the Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese of Mary-
land, for the benefit of the fund for superannuated and disabled
clergy.
14. To the gift and bequest of one thousand dollars made
December 25, 1906, by Frederick Rodgers, John A. Rodgers,
Robert S. Rodgers and Jane P. R. Meigs to the Convention of
the Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese of Maryland,
for the use and benefit of St. John's Protestant Episcopal
Church at Havre de Grace.
15. To the bequest of one hundred dollars, contained in the
last will and testament of John R. Price, recorded in the Wills
Records of Baltimore county to the Convention of the Protes-
tant Episcopal Church in trust for St. John's Episcopal Church
in Worthington Valley.
16. To the bequest of five thousand dollars contained in the
second codicil to the last will and testament of Reverdy John-
son, recorded in the Wills Record office of Baltimore city,
in Wills B. E. S., No. 100, folio 541, etc., to the Vestry of the
Emanuel Church of Baltimore.
17. To the bequest of one thousand dollars contained in the
last will and testament of Richard Thomas, late of Talbot
county, Maryland, deceased, to the trustees of the Wye Neck
Methodist Protestant Church in Queen Anne's county, said
will bearing date the twenty-eighth day of June, in the year
1904, and recorded in the Register of Wills office for Talbot
county, in Liber C. R. W., No. 16, folio 484.
18. To the deed from Ross R. Winans to the Vestry of St.
Mark's Church of the City of Baltimore, dated May 27, 1890,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore city in
Liber J. B., No. 1295, folio 502, etc., for the use and benefit of
said church.
19. To the bequest to the Most Reverend James Cardinal
Gibbons, Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore, for the
time being, and his successors in the Archepiscopal See of
Baltimore, for the sole and exclusive use of St. Mary's Star of
the Sea Roman Catholic Church, of the property No. 1407 Cov-
ington street, described in a deed from Agnes B. Sheehan to
James F. Dolan and Susan A. Dolan, his wife, dated April
25, 1901, and recorded in the Land Records of Baltimore city
in Liber R. O., No. 1898, folio 35, etc., after the termination
of the life estate of Mary Plunket in said property.
