PRIVATE ACTS. 1289

Baltimore city, to the "Saviour's Mission of Baltimore City,"
a body corporate, incorporated under and by virtue of the
laws of Maryland, by Lydia W. Barry and Jasper M. Barry,
her husband, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more city, in Liber B. O., No. 1710, folio 72, etc.

7. To the sale, grant and deed of the leasehold interest in a
certain lot of ground situated at the northeast corner of Lex-
ington and Pulaski streets in Baltimore city, to the "Saviour's
Mission of Baltimore City," a body corporate, incorporated un-
der and by virtue of the laws of Maryland, by Ephraim L.
Berryman and Mary R. Berryman, his wife, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore city in Liber R. O., No.
1634, folio 162, etc.

8. To the sale, grant and deed of the leasehold interest of a
certain lot of ground situated in the northeast corner of Jeffer-
son street and Milton avenue (formerly Cannon street), in
Baltimore city, to the "Saviour's Mission of Baltimore City,"
a body corporate, incorporated under and by virtue of the
laws of the State of Maryland, by Clarence M. Ellinger and
Theodora H. Ellinger, his wife, and Julian Ellinger and Lucie
Ellinger, his wife, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore city, in Liber R. O., No. 1634, folio 574, etc.

9. To the deed from Mary A. Frostle and William A. Frostle
to the Vestry of St. Mark's Church of the City of Baltimore,
dated November 16, 1906, and recorded among the Land Rec-
ords of Baltimore city in Liber R. O., No. 2290, folio 470, etc.,
for the use and benefit of said church.

10. To the deed from Columbia F. Benchoff and Clarinda J.
Benchoff, his wife, to the Vestry of St. Mark's Church of the
City of Baltimore, dated October 16, 1889, and recorded among
the Laud Records of Baltimore city, in Liber J. B., No. 1263,
folio 103, etc., for the use and benefit of said church.

11. To a deed from John R. Kelso and Martha B. Kelso, his
wife, to the Vestry of St. Mark's Church of the City of Balti-
more, dated April , 1856, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore city in Liber E. D., No. 102, folio 268,
etc., for the use and benefit of said church.

12. To the deed from Columbia H. Beuchoff and wife to the
Vestry of St. Mark's Church of the City of Baltimore, dated
May 2, 1886, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more city in Liber J. B., No. 1097, folio 307, etc., for the use
and benefit of said church.

13. To the gift, devise and bequest of the lot and improve-
ments on the east side of Washington Place, known as 607 N.
