corporate of Baltimore city, to the trustees of the West End
Hebrew Congregation Knessith Israel of Baltimore City, a body
corporate, said deed being dated the third day of October,
1907, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City
in Liber E. O. No. 2373, folio 456, etc.
3. To the devises and bequests contained in the last will and
testament of Martha Butler, late of Baltimore county, Mary-
land, deceased, duly recorded in Liber J. E. B. No. 14, folio
483, etc., one of the Wills Records of Baltimore county, to the
trustees of the First Presbyterian Church, Howard district,
Anne Arundel county, Maryland.
4. To the bequest and devise of one thousand dollars to the
Rev. James Cardinal Gibbons, contained in the last will and
testament of Maria L. Small, of Baltimore city, deceased,
said will being duly probated in the Orphans' Court of Balti-
more city on December 30, 1907.
5. To the gift and devise of all the rest, residue and re-
mainder of the estate of the said Maria L. Small, late of Bal-
timore city, deceased, to the Carmelite Sisters of Baltimore,
a body corporate of the State of Maryland, said will being
duly probated in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore city, Decem-
ber 30, 1907.
6. To the gift and devise of three hundred and fifty dollars
to the Presbyterian Church at Ellicott City, Maryland, from
Anna E. Thompson, late of Howard county, deceased, by her
will recorded in Liber I. S. No. 3, folio 448, etc., one of the
Wills Records of Howard county.
7. To the gift and devise of two hundred and fifty dollars
to the Presbyterian Board for Disabled Ministers and the
Widows and Orphans of Deceased Ministers, from Anna E.
Thompson, late of Howard county, deceased, by her last will
and testament, recorded in Liber I. S. No. 3, folio 448, etc., one
of the Wills Records of Howard county.
8. To the devise of one hundred dollars to the Board of Home
Missions of the Presbyterian Church in the United States of
America, incorporated April 19, 1872, by the Act of the Legis-
lature of New York, from Anna E. Thompson, late of Howard
county, deceased, by her last will and testament, recorded in
Liber I. S. No. 3, folio 448, etc., one of Wills Records of Howard
county.
9. To the bequest of two hundred dollars to the Thornwell
Orphanage, situated at Clinton, in the State of North Carolina,
from Anna E. Thompson, late of Howard county, deceased, by
her last will and testament, recorded in Liber I. S. No. 3, folio
448, one of the Wills Records of Howard county.
