10. To the grant and conveyance of two certain lots of
ground on the west side of Luzerne street, distanced respec-
tively eighty-one feet and eight inches, and ninety-five feet and
a quarter inch north of Hoffman street, each lot having a front
on the west side of Luzerne street to thirteen feet four and one-
quarter inches by an even depth of eighty feet, particularly
described in a deed from Henry Schmitz, trustee, and the City
of Baltimore Permanent Building Association, a body cor-
porate, to the Jefferson Street Methodist Episcopal Church in
the city of Baltimore, a body corporate, dated twenty-ninth of
June, 1906, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
city in Liber R. 0. No. 2276, folio 235, etc.
11. To the grant and deed to the Trustees of the West End
Hebrew Congregation Kinnessth Israel of Baltimore City, a
body corporate, from the First Spiritual Church of Baltimore,
a body corporate, said deed being dated the third day of
October, 1907, and recorded among the Land Records of Bal-
timore city in Liber R. G. No. 2373, folio 456, etc., and to the
mortgage from the Trustees of the West End Hebrew Congre-
gation Kinnessth Isreal of Baltimore City, said mortgage being
for the balance of the unpaid purchase money of the property
described in the deed aforesaid, said mortgage being dated the
third day of October, 1907, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore city in Liber R. O. No. 2373, folio 457,
etc.
12. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
'of Columbus W. Boyer, late of Frederick county, deceased,
of two hundred dollars, to the Council of the Evangelical
Lutheran Church Zion, of Middletown, Frederick county, Mary-
land.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the sanction and consent of
the General Assembly of Maryland are hereby given, granted
and declared to the acquisition, by the several religious denomi-
nations or sects, orders or corporations above named, at any
time hereafter, whether by gift, grant, devise or otherwise,
of the fee simple title to the lots or parcels of land above men-
tioned, in which they are respectively entitled to a leasehold
interest, or less than a fee-simple title, by virtue of the several
deeds and devises above mentiond, and by virtue of the sanction
heretofore given by the first section of this Act.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
