pany to repair said road bed in accordance with the order of
said court.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
time for the forfeiting of the rights, property and franchise
of said Gapland Turnpike Company and the time for the pos-
sessing of the same by the County Commissioners of Washing-
ton county, be and the same is hereby extended to November 1,
1908.
And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from the
date of its passage.

CHAPTER 63.
AN ACT authorizing and directing the Board of Police Com-
missioners of Baltimore City to pay to Fannie Biddison, wife
of William G. Biddison, a policeman, who was a member of
the police force of Baltimore at the time of his death, a
weekly sum of money out of the special fund.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Board of Police Commissioners of the city of
Baltimore be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
pay Fannie Biddison, wife of William G. Biddison, a police
officer, who died of pneumonia, contracted while on the force
and performing his duty during the fire of nineteen hundred
and four, the sum of nine dollars per week, said sum to be
paid out of the fund in the hands of said Board of Police
Commissioners, known and accounted for as the special fund
to be paid to her during her widowhood and under the author-
ity of an Act of the General Assembly of Maryland, chapter
266, of the Acts of 1900, an amendment subsequently made
thereto, out of any money under the existing laws, as provided
for its application.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act take effect from the
date of its passage.

AN ACT to amend the charter of the Credit Men's Association
of Baltimore City.
