provisions of the General Laws of the State of Maryland re-
lating to the creation and regulation of incorporated compa-
nies; and
Whereas its original charter was amended by chapter 315 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1900; and
Whereas it appears desirable to increase the number of vice-
presidents and directors provided for by the said chapter 315
of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1900;
therefore,
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Credit Men's Association of Baltimore City, in
addition to the powers possessed by it under its original cer-
tificate of incorporation, and under chapter 315 of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1900, shall have and
possess the further powers, rights and privileges particularly
mentioned in this Act, and its charter, as set forth in the
said certificate of incorporation and in the said chapter 315 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland for 1900, shall
be altered and amended so as to conform to the terms and
provisions of this Act.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the members of the Credit
Men's Association of Baltimore City shall annually, in the
month of November, on such day as may be fixed by the board
of directors, elect by ballot from among the members a presi-
dent, two vice-presidents, a treasurer and directors, not to
exceed twenty in number, who shall hold office during such
terms as may be prescribed by the constitution or by-laws.
The directors, together with the president, vice-presidents
.and treasurer, shall constitute the board of directors.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
.from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 65.
AN ACT to amend the charter of the Colonial Trust Company,
formerly the Real Estate Trust Company, incorporated by
chapter 259 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, passed at the January session of 1898, entitled An Act
to incorporate the Real Estate Trust Company, which Act
was amended by chapter 18 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January session of
1900, entitled An Act to amend the Act of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January session of
