constitution and by-laws, be entitled to membership therein,
and that the rights, privileges and obligations of such members
and of such Jewish charitable organizations which may become
affiliated with said body corporate, shall be determined by the
constitution and by-laws of said body corporate, and the board
of directors of said body corporate, acting under and by virtue
of said constitution and by-laws.
SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the said body corporate here-
by created shall be managed by a board of directors consisting
of not less than twelve or more than fifty members, and that
the number within said limits, and time and manner of election
or selection, and term of office of the members of the board shall
be provided for and be in accordance with the constitution and
by-laws of said body corporate; and that Jacob Epstein, Michael
S. Levy, Tanchurn Silberman, Israel Levenstein, Paul S. Levy,
Mayer L. Bloom, Solomon Ginsberg, Joseph Lubin, Samuel M.
Singer, Lewis Putzel, Ephraim Macht, Max Cohen, Gershon A.
Schwartz, Adolph Kres, Charles W. London, Jacob Rab, A. J.
Sugar, Jonas Greenblatt, Samuel Cooper, Isidor Lichtenberg,
Adolph Nathanson, M. E. Selenkow, Louis Hurwitz, Joseph
Weiner and Max Aaronson are the names of the directors who
will manage the concerns of said corporation for the first year.
SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That said body corporate shall as
a charitable organization have and enjoy all the powers, provi-
sions and privileges, and be subject to all the regulations con-
tained in article 23 of the Code of Public General Laws of
Maryland, relating to the formation, powers and regulations of
corporations, so far as the same may not be inconsistent with
the provisions of this Act.
SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 21.
AN ACT to incorporate the Trustees of the cemetery of the
Grove Presbyterian Church, in Harford county, Maryland.
Whereas certain of the members of the Grove Presbyterian
Church, in Harford county, Maryland, and certain other per-
sons desire to provide for the permanent maintenance and care
of the burying ground or cemetery, at present owned by the
Trustees of the Grove Presbyterian Church, in Harford county,
Maryland, a body corporate, and constituting a part of the
church lot and adjoining the church building, and further desire
