SEC. 58. No person, corporation or company shall at any
time trap, shoot or in any manner catch or kill, or have in pos-
session any quail, woodcock or rabbit, after the same has been
killed, for any purpose, except for consumption as food within
Worcester county, nor trap, shoot or in any manner catch or
kill or have in possession any of the above named game with
the intention of sending or transporting or having the same
sent or transported beyond the limits of said county; provided,
that nothing herein contained shall prevent the barter or sale
of such game for home consumption by the person or persons
who trap, shoot, catch or kill such game directly to the con-
sumer within Worcester county, and it shall be unlawful for
any other person or persons to expose such game for sale at
any place whatsoever.
SEC. 59. Any person violating any of the provisions of the
preceding section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon
conviction thereof before any justice of the peace of Worcester
county, or before the Circuit Court of said county shall be
fined not less than five dollars nor more than fifty dollars for
each offense and stand committed until fine and costs are paid.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That nothing contained
in .this Act shall apply to cases pending, nor to violations of
the laws which have heretofore occurred, but all such cases
and violations shall be prosecuted as if the law hereby repealed
was still in force.
SEC. 4. And be it .enacted, That all Acts or parts of Acts in-
consistent herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 27.
AN ACT to enable the qualified voters of Worcester county to
determine at a special election to be held Saturday, March 21,
1908, whether or not spirituous, fermented or intoxicating
liquors, alcoholic bitters or compounds, shall be sold in said
county, and providing certain fines and penalties for the
violation of the provisions of the same.
