that all Acts or parts of Acts inconsistent with the provisions
of this Act are hereby repealed.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 600.
AN ACT to repeal sections 49, 50, 51, 56, 57, 58 and 59 of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Worcester County," sub-
title "Birds and Game," as amended by chapter 665 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1900, and to
re-enact the same with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That sections 49, 50, 51, 56, 57, 58 and 59 of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title "Worcester County," sub-title
"Birds and Game," be and the same are hereby repealed and
re-enacted so as to read as follows:
SEC. 49. No person shall trap, shoot or in any manner catch
or kill any quail, woodcock or rabbit within the limits of Wor-
cester county between the fifteenth day of January and the
fifteenth day of November in each and every year.
SEC. 50. It shall not be lawful for any person to trap, shoot,
or in any manner catch or kill any quail in said county at any
season during the night time.
SEC. 51. Any person violating either of the two preceding
sections shall pay a fine of five dollars for each and every quail,
woodcock or rabbit shot, taken or killed, to be recovered before
a justice of the peace, one-half of said fine to go to the in-
former and the other half to the county treasurer, to be ex-
pended by him in purchase of game for restocking purposes.
SEC. 56. It shall not be lawful for any person to shoot or
kill any quail, woodcock or rabbit in said county when the
ground is covered by snow.
SEC. 57. Any person violating any of the provisions of the
preceding sections shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on
conviction thereof before any justice of the peace of said county
shall pay a fine of five dollars for each and every quail, wood-
cock or rabbit shot or killed, one-half of said fine to go to the
informer and the other half to the county treasurer, to be ex-
pended by him in the purchase of game for restocking pur-
poses.
