limits of said railroad to the east side of a branch known as the
"Cotty Cox branch;" thence by and with and binding on i:he
east side of said branch to a stone; thence south seventy-one
and one-half degrees east to a large white oak standing at the
northwest corner of "Parsons' cemetery;" thence south seven-
ty-one and one-half degrees east to a stone standing on the west
line of a road known as the "Truitt road," leading from the
Mount Hermon road to the "Middle Neck road;" thence by and
with and binding on the west side of said "Truitt road" south
nine degrees and ten minutes east to the shell road leading to
Berlin, known as East Church street; thence across said street
and binding on the west side of said "Truitt road" south nine
degrees east to the north line of said Mount Hermon road;
thence by and with the north line of said Mount Hermon road
and binding thereon north eighty-seven degrees and forty-five
minutes west sixty-eight, and fifteen minutes west to a point
on the south bank of "Humphreys' mill pond" and the land
dividing Benjamin H. Parker's land from the Dr. Eugene TV.
Humphreys' land; thence by and with said line south twen-
ty-two degrees and fifteen minutes west to a stone on the
south line of the "Shumaker road;" thence south thirty degrees
and fifty-two minutes west one hundred and two and fifty-hun-
dredths of a pole to a stone standing on the north line of the
Snow Hill road at corner of the land of George T. Huston and
George William Parsons' land; thence south thirty degrees and
fifty-two minutes west forty-seven and fifty-six hundredths or' a
pole to a stone standing in a direct line with the south line of
the N. T. Fitch line extended; thence north seventy-three de-
grees and thirty minutes west ninety-one and fifty-six hun-
dredths of a pole to southeast corner of said "Fitch land ;"
thence by and with south line of said land north seventy-three
degrees and thirty minutes west to the line of Camden avenue;
thence north twenty degrees and fifteen minutes west to a
stone standing at the southwest corner of George S. Williams'
lot, and on the east side of River street; thence by and with
and binding on the east line of River street to the Wicomico
river, and from thence across said river in a straight line to the
point of beginning.
132. And be it enacted, That all the property, franchises and
funds of every kind belonging to or in the possession of the
Mayor and Council of Salisbury are vested in this corporation;
and the said corporation may receive in trust and may control
for the purpose of such trust all moneys or other property
which may have been or shall be bestowed upon such corpora-
tion by will, deed or any other form of gift or conveyance in
trust, for any general corporate purpose, or in aid of the indi-
