entitled An Act to repeal section 144 of article 23 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Wicomico County,"
sub-title "Salisbury," and to re-enact same with amendments;
and chapter 352 of the Acts of 1902, entitled An Act to add ad-
ditional sections to article 23 of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Wicomico County," sub-title "Salisbury," to be
designated as sections 1A, 1B, 146A, 146B; and chapter 685 of the
Acts of 1904, entitled An Act to amend the charter of Salis-
bury, Wicomico county, Maryland, as embodied in article 23,
sub-title "Salisbury," in the Code of Public Local Laws of Wi-
comico county—that is to say, to repeal sections 139, 140, 142,
144, 148, 152 and 154 of said article 23; also to repeal chapter
162 of the Acts of 1900, and chapter 179 of the Acts of 1900,
and chapter 415 of the Acts of 1894, the said Acts being amend-
atory of the said chapter, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments in sections and sub-sections; and chapter 370 of the Acts
of 1906, entitled An Act to repeal chapter 352 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland of 1902, entitled An Act to add
additional sections to article 23 of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Wicomico County," .sub-title, "Salisbury," to be
designated as sections IA, IB and 146A and 14GB, and also to re-
peal section 140, sub-section 5, and section 154 of chapter 685
of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1904, and
to re-enact the same with amendments in sections and sub-
sections, be and the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted
with amendments and additions, to read as follows:
130. And be it enacted, That the inhabitants of the city of
Salisbury, Wicomico county, be and they are hereby constituted
a body corporate, by the name of "The Mayor and City Council
of Salisbury," and by that name shall have perpetual succes-
sion, sue and be sued, have and use a common seal, which may
be altered at pleasure, and have all powers and' privileges inci-
dent to or that may attach to a municipal corporation.
131. And be it enacted, That the taxable and corporate
limits of said city shall begin at the intersection of the east
line of Parsons street with the dock leading from the Parsons
Mill site; thence running by and with and binding on the east
line of said Parsons street to the south line of the "Anderson
road;" thence by and with and binding on the south line of the
"Anderson road" to the south line of the "Quantico road;"
thence by and with and binding on the south line of the
"Quantico road" to a tile drain pipe laid under and across said
road at the junction of "Owens' Branch," and Williams'
branch;" thence by and with said "Williams' branch" to the
northwest limit of the Baltimore, Chesapeake and Atlantic
Railroad; thence by and with and binding on the northmost
