1098 LAWS OF MARYLAND.

chapter 162 of the Acts of 1900 and chapter 179 of the Acts
of 1900, and chapter 415 of the Acts of 1894, the said Acts be-
ing amendatory of the said chapter, and to re-enact the same
with amendments, in sections and sub-sections; and chapter
370 of the Acts of 1906, entitled An Act to repeal chapter
352 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1902,
entitled An Act to add additional sections to article 23 of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Wicomico County," sub-
title "Salisbury," to be designated as sections IA, IB and
146A, 146s, and also to repeal section 140, sub-section 5, and
section 154 of chapter 685 of the Acts of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland of 1904, and to re-enact the same with
amendments in sections and sub-sections, and to re-enact the
same with amendments and additions.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That section 130 to section 158, inclusive, of article 23 of
the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Wicomico County," sub-
title "Salisbury," and all amendments and additions thereto,
except such as hereinafter excepted, and chapter 328 of the
Acts of 1892, entitled An Act to authorize and empower the
Mayor and Council of Salisbury, Wicomico county, to borrow
money and issue bonds for the purchase of a lot and the erec-
tion of a market house in said city; and chapter 163 of the A.cts
of 1894, entitled An Act to add an additional section to article
23 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Wicomico County,"
sub-title "Salisbury," to be designated as section 133A and to
follow section 133; and chapter 320 of the Acts of 1894, en-
titled An Act to add an additional section to article 23 of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Wicomico County," sub-
title "Salisbury," to be numbered and designated as section
146A; and chapter 415 of the Acts of 1894, entitled An Act to
repeal sections 141, 143, 148 of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Wicomico County," sub-title "Salisbury," and to re-enact
same with amendments, and to add three additional sections
thereto, to be designated as sections 143A, 143B and 143C; and
chapter 158 of the Acts of 1900, entitled An Act to repeal sec-
tion 132 of article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Wicomico County," sub-title "Salisbury," and to re-enact the
same with amendments, and to add an additional section to
follow after section 132, to be known as section 132A, said latter
section to further define who shall be qualified voters in the
annexed territory to the said town of Salisbury; and chapter
162 of the Acts of 1900, entitled An Act to repeal section 152
of article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Wicomico County," sub-title "Salisbury," and to re-enact
same with amendments; and chapter 179 of the Acts of 1900,
