CHAPTER, 310.

AN ACT to repeal section 130 to section 158, inclusive, of
article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Wicomico
County," sub-title "Salisbury," and all amendments and ad-
ditions thereto except such as are hereinafter excepted, and
to repeal chapter 328 of the Acts of 1892, entitled An Act
to authorize and empower the Mayor and Council of Salis-
bury, Wicomico county, to borrow money and to issue bonds
for the purchase of a lot and the erection of a market house
in said city; and chapter 163 of the Acts of 1894, entitled An
Act to add an additional section to article 23 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Wicomico County," sub-title "Sal-
isbury," to be designated as section 133A, and to follow sec-
tion 133; and chapter 320 of the Acts of 1894, entitled An
Act to add an additional section to article 23 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Wicomico County," sub-title "Sal-
isbury," to be numbered and designated as section 146A; and
chapter 415 of the Acts of 1894, entitled An Act to repeal
sections 141, 143, 148 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Wicomico County," sub-title "Salisbury," and to re-enact
the, same with amendments, and to add three additional sec-
tions thereto, to be designated as sections 143A, 143u and
143c; and chapter 158 of the Acts of 1900, entitled An Act to
repeal section 132 of article 23 of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Wicomico County," sub-title "Salisbury," and
to re-enact the same with amendments, and to add an addi-
tional section to follow after said section 132, to be known as
section 132A, said latter section to further define who shall be
qualified voters in the annexed territory to the said town of
Salisbury; and chapter 162 of the Acts of 1900, entitled An
Act to repeal section 152 of article 23 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Wicomico County," sub-title
"Salisbury," and to re-enact same with amendments; and
chapter 179 of the Acts of 1900, entitled An Act to repeal
section 144 of article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "Wicomico County," sub-title "Salisbury,"
and to re-enact the same with amendments; and chapter 352
of the Acts of 1902, entitled An Act to add additional sec-
tions to article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Wicomico County," sub-title "Salisbury," to be designated
as sections 1A, 1B, 146A and 146B; and chapter 685 of the Acts
of 1904, entitled An Act to amend the charter of Salisbury,
Wicomico county, Maryland, as embodied in article 23, sub-
title "Salisbury," in the Code of Public Local Laws of Wi-
comico county—that is to say, to repeal sections 139, 140,
142, 144, 148, 152 and 154 of said article 23; also to repeal
