association of Somerset county, to be used for the purpose of
protecting and propagating game in said county.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 41.
AN ACT to repeal sections 42, 45, 51, 53, 55, 62, 65, 66 and 75
of article 21 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Talbot County," sub-title "Easton," as amended by
chapter 458 of the Acts passed at the January session of
1906, and to re-enact the same with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That sections 42, 45, 51, 53, 55, 62, 65, 66 and 75 of article
21 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Talbot
County," sub-title "Easton," as amended by chapter 458 of
the Acts pajsed at the January session of 1906, be and the same
are hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments so as to
read as follows:
42. The taxable limits and boundaries of said town shall be
the same as now existing, which are as follows: Beginning
for the same at stone No. 3, being the northeast corner of the
town as originally laid down, and running north fifty-five and
one-quarter degrees east, fifty-eight and one-twelfth perches to
a stone, being the northeast corner of the town extended; thence
