CHAPTER 350.
AN ACT to require the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Cecil
County to re-record certain indexes and land records in his
office.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

land, That the clerk of the Circuit Court for Cecil County be
and he is hereby authorized and directed to re-record in suit-
able record book or books, such indexes and land records, now
of record in the clerk's office of said county, as may in the
opinion of said clerk be necessary to be re-recorded ; provided,
that such land records and indexes as are thus re-recorded shall
have the same effect in law as those from which copied.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the cost of said book or

books shall be paid by the County Commissioners of said county,
and that the said clerk shall be entitled to and receive the same
fees and compensation for said work that he is now entitled to
and receives for similar work, by law, to be levied for and paid
by the County Commissioners of Cecil county.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 351.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 67
of Article 27 of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Crimes and Punishments," sab- title "Disturbance of the
Public Peace."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly of Mary-
