same having been recommended by the officers of the State

CHAPTER 163.
AN ACT to add an additional Section to Article, twenty-
three of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland,
entitled "Corporations," sub-title "Provisions for the forma-
tion of Corporations," to be known as Section thirty-seven A,
Class 25.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
