Local Laws, title "Calvert County," sub-title "County Com-
missioners," be and the same are hereby repealed and re-
enacted with amendments, eo as to read as follows :

46 A. The three " County Commissioners for Calvert

County to levy a sum of money necessary to build a suitable
schodl house in the Fifth Election District of Charles
County for colored children, title "Charles County," sub-
title "Public Schools."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted ty the General Assembly of the

State of Maryland, That the County Commissioners of
Charles county be and they are hereby authorized and directed
to levy at the next levy laying a sum of money necessary to
build a suitable school house in the fifth election district of
Charles county for colored children.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 166.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 10 of the Code of
Public General Laws, title "Attorneys at Law and Attorneys
in Fact," to follow Section 9, and to be designated as " Sec-
tion 9 A."
