tin, dated March 2, 1891, and recorded among the land records
of Baltimore city in Liber J. B. No. 1332, Folio 231, and of a
sufficient sum in cash to make the value of this devise and
bequest the sum of three thousand dollars, two thousand dollars
thereof to be for said first mentioned institution, and one thou-
sand dollars thereof to be for said second-mentioned institution.
Twentieth. To the bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Winefride Martin, late of Baltimore city, deceased,
of the sum of twelve hundred dollars, to be disposed of ae
follows : three hundred dollars thereof to the St. Yincent
Infant Asylum of the City of Baltimore ; three hundred
dollars thereof to the Little Sisters of the Poor; three hundred
dollars thereof to the House of Good Shepherd, and three
hundred dollars thereof to the Bon Lecour Sisters, located on
Baltimore street, near Payson street.
Twenty-first. To the bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Winefride Martin, late of Baltimore city, deceased,
of the sum of three hundred dollars to the Home of the Friend-
less of Baltimore City for Boys and Girls.
Twenty-second. To the bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Winefride Martin, late of Baltimore city, deceased,
of the sum of three hundred dollars to the Hebrew Orphan
Asylum.
Twenty-third. To the bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Winefride Martin, late of Baltimore city, deceased,
to the Sister M. Xavier, Queen of the Yisitation Convent,
corner Park avenue and Centre street, the sum of three hun-
dred dollars.
Twenty-fourth. To the bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Winefride Martin, late of Baltimore city, deceased,
of three hundred dollars to Sister M. Michal Fitzpatrick of the
Carmelite Convent, in trust, for her sister Mrs. Nora F.
Whelan and her youngest son, John Whelan, if he needs it.
Twenty-fifth. To the bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Winefride Martin of Baltimore city, deceased, of the
sum of two hundred dollars to the pastor, for the time being,
of St. Thomas' Roman Catholic Church, located at St. Thomas
Manor, Charles county, Maryland.
Twenty-sixth. To the bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Winefride Martin, late of Baltimore city, deceased,
of the sum of one hundred dollars to the pastor, for the time
being, of St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, near Bryantown,
Charles county, Maryland, and the sum of two hundred dollars
