bequests.

of Charity, the said respective sums to be invested by said
respective institutions at six per cent., if possible, and the
income thereof to be used by said respective institutions in
procuring necessary clothing for the young ladies who are
recipients of the scholarships mentioned in1 the 'two preceding
bequests.
Thirteenth. To the bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Winefride Martin, late of Baltimore city, deceased,
of the sum of eleven thousand dollars to the Associated Pro-
fessors of St. Mary's Seminary, in Baltimore city, to be used
for the purpose therein mentioned.
Fourteenth. To the bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Winefride Martin, late of Baltimore city, deceased,
of the sum of eleven thousand dollars to the trustees of St.
Charles College, located in Howard county, in the State of
Maryland, to be used by them for the purpose therein men-
tioned.
Fifteenth. To the bequest contained in the last will- and
testament of Winefride Martin, late of Baltimore city, deceased,
of the sum of five hundred dollars to the Reverend Edward
R. Dyer, now at St. Mary's Seminary, in Baltimore city.
Sixteenth. To the bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Winefride Martin, late of Baltimore city, deceased,
of the sum of five hundred dollars to the rector for the time
being of the Roman Catholic Cathedral in Baltimore.
Seventeenth. To the bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Winefride Martin, late of Baltimore city, deceased,
of the sum of one hundred dollars to each of the following-
named Fathers absolutely for their own use, viz : Rev. William
E. Starr, Rev. Francis P. Duggan, Rev. John A. Morgan, Rev.
William R. Cowardine and Rev. Edward D. Boone.
Eighteenth. To the bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Winefride Martin, late of Baltimore city, deceased,
of the sum of two hundred dollars to the Society of St. Yin-
cent of Paul, in the city of Baltimore, one hundred dollars
thereof for the Cathedral branch, and one hundred dollars
thereof for the St. Ignatius branch.
Nineteenth. To the bequest and devise contained in the last
will and testament of Winefride Martin, late of Baltimore city,
deceased, unto the St. Mary's Female Orphan Asylum, of Balti-
more, and St. Joseph House of Industry now in charge of
the Sisters of Charity ; of four ground rents in Canton described
in a deed from David M. Newfold and wife to Winefride Mar-
